DESCEND TO ASCEND

Sometimes in Life, we must descend to Ascend. For example: a hot air balloon sometimes must go down to catch favorable winds in order to ascend to higher plateaus and altitude.
Goals: Sometimes with our own personal goals and endeavours we must step back. Reevaluate, Refocus and catch more favorable winds in different direction.
There may be other roads to our path of greatness but only if we try them. I would rather regret trying something and find out i was wrong, than regret not TRYING at ALL.... Have a good week everyone, start out with greatness...

Triathlon Speed Skins

Last night several triathletes swam at the HUGULEY FITNESS CENTER. We all tried out our SWIM SPEED SKINS. I had on my Nineteen Frequency Speedskin (see above picture). My usual 100 yard time on a good day is 1:20 that is the fastest I have recorded. Last night in the Nineteen Frequency Speedskin, I recorded a 1:08, as documented by two people on the deck.. Nineteen Frequency Speedskin is awesome. So like all good swim research I did two more on my own and with me stopping the watch. 1:11 and 1:12. One of the other triathletes Nancy Henley knocked 10 seconds off of her 100. SWEEET...
